Mark Lacombe has over 20 years of extensive commercial real estate marketing experience.  As Vice President, he is responsible for leasing office, industrial and retail properties, coordinating the acquisition and disposition of investment properties, and supervising the property management team.  Lacombe holds active Real Estate Broker licenses in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Prior to joining INEX, Lacombe gained valuable auction marketing expertise while employed by Sperry Van Ness/Paul McInnis, Inc. and earlier as a principal broker and consultant at Norton Asset Management with assignments throughout Northern New England. 

Lacombe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Resource Economics from the University of New Hampshire.  Mark is a Certified Commercial Investment Member – a designation held by only 6% of commercial brokers nationwide.  He is a former Director, and founding member, of the NH Commercial Investment Board of REALTORS®, and currently serves on the NH Commercial Property Exchange committee.  He received the Distinguished Service Award from the NH Commercial Investment Board of REALTORS® in 1996.
