Robin brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, property management, sales and leasing, budgeting and financial oversight, and administration. She originally built and developed the property management arm for INEX, and was instrumental in developing long standing relationships with tenants and vendors. Previously, Robin served as a Vice President and Human Resources Manager for the New England branch of USI Insurance Services. Milnes holds a Real Estate Agent’s license as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire.
